Beyçelik/Gestamp: SPM4P-Smart Plant Maintenance for Production

This Project has been approved and funded by TUBITAK (National Scientific & Technical Research Council). It has been started in Jan.2022 and is planned to-be completed in Dec.2023. Kora is the AI Partner in the Project.Big Data will be formed by collecting data from the pilot MTP101 Work Center (IoT/M2M), BITEG-Manufacturing Execution System and SAP by FSCockpit in FSCore. The results will be provided by AI Services with Machine/Deep Learning in FSSmart.Uses Cases will be selected from MTP101 as a pilot Work Center in order to predict preventive actions and decrease the downtimes of the Work Center.

Donmez Debriyaj:FSStockChain: Integrated Framework for Real Time Supply Chain

This Project has been approved and funded by TUBITAK (National Scientific & Technical Research Council). It was started in Jan.2019 and completed in Dec.2020. Galaksiya was the AI Partner in the Project.AI-Integrated Services were developed in order to decrease the QA nonconformities by predictions according to the Receipt Quality Results. The results were published to the vendors.

E-Invoice & Electronic Legal Reporting

IBM

FSSoftware is the vendor for the e-* solutions of IBM Companies in Turkey: IBM Turkey, IBM Global ServicesKyndryl, Seri, and IBM Italia. E-Invoice, E-Ledger, E-Archive, E-Waybill solutions are provided by FSSoftware. The solutions are developed and implemented by the consortium of FSSoftware, Netle & Softnet. Along with IBM-Turkey team; IBM-Spain & IBM-US teams also joined to coordinate the IBM-Global teams for collecting the required data and forwarding to IBM Portal Web-Services.FSSoftware is also the vendor as the solution provider of IGS-IBM Global Services as the Certified Service Provider for e-Documents (e-Invoice, E-Archive, E-Waybill, E-Ticket, E-Receipt, E-Agriculture) in between 2013-2021. +1000 Customers have fulfilled their legal obligations for e-* implementations through IBM Portal. In 2022, the Portal Services were transferred to Softnet as the Certified Service Provider.

BASF

We have implemented multiple successful projects for BASF Companies on SAP, in Turkey with BASF Teams since 2013 when the e-invoice obligations were about to start.The 1st project was receiving the SAP data prepared by BASF-Germany and creating e-invoices in IBM Portal as the Certified Service Provider. in 2013. The consortium of FSSoftware, Inposia & Netle developed the solutions and managed & implemented the project.The 2nd project in 2014 was to create the e-ledgers by using E-Ledger Management Cockpit on SAP as an add-on developed by Egebis & FSSoftware and Netle-Defter developed by Netle. Egebis, FSSoftware, Inposia & Netle teams managed & implemented the project successfully.Then a series of successful projects have been implemented by the consortium of Egebis, FSSoftware, Inposia & Netle upto 2021: Merging 4 BASF Companies into 1; Starting to use E-Invoice Cockpit on SAP which was developed by Egebis & FSSoftware; E-Archive; E-Export; E-Waybill.

Amway

Amway as a customer of FSSoftware has started the successful journey of obligatory e-* solutions in 2013 with the consortium of FSSoftware, Netle & Softnet. IBM Portal was used as the Certified Service Provider.E-Invoice, E-Ledger, E-Archive and E-Waybill were the projects successfully completed with Amway-Turkey teams. Amway-US, Amway-UK and Amway-RO teams have also joined the project for collecting the required data and forwarding to IBM/Inposia/Softnet Portal Web-Services.Due to ERP & IT Systems change in Amway, a new global project was completed in 2021 with the participation of Amway-TR & Amway Global teams.

Operational verifications: expiry date, First End-First Out, Purchase and sales order controls are provided by FSMobility. Project-specific putaway optimization and collection optimization have been specially prepared.
